Free Crochet Patterns

Loopy Flower

Make magic ring
row 1: ch 1, sc 9 times, sl st in ch 1 (10 sc)
row 2: ch 2, dc in same sp. 2 dc in each st around. (20 dc)
row 3: ch 15, sc in 4th dc from hook. ch 15, sk 4 dc and sc in next dc. Do this until you have 5 loops.
row 4: sc as many times in first loop until loop is filled. sc in next loop and repeat until all 5 loops are complete. Finish off and weave in loose end.

I like to sew a button in the middle and an alligator clip on back so it can be worn in hair!


Elegant Headband

Chain in increments of 3 and add 2 at the end. For example, if I am doing a newborn headband; with a f hook, 4 ply yarn I would ch about 56 or 59.

sc in 2nd ch from hook, ch 2, sc in same st.
sk 2 ch and sc in next sc, ch 2 and sc in same st
do this from here to end of chain
ch 3 and do the same thing on other side of your chain in the same st you made the (sc, ch 2, sc)
when you have reached end sl st each end of your headband together.
Finish off and weave in ends.
